A good life..

To all who have said "she wasted her life," my life has been measured by the memories too numerous to count, the tears faling from hysterical laughter, and the lives I've unknowingly touched with a smile.

A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realize how blessed you are for what you have.

It's ok to take a little time out of your busy life to just focus on you. Happy Sunday! New recipes this week? New opportunities to try something new!

So important to "curate your head" when you have cancer. No cancer patient can afford a single negative thought since who has EVER had a single negative thought (they tend to come in bunches :).

Today what WILL I do for my mind? My body? My spirit? My relationships? My creativity and passion?

"This Too Shall Pass" has been passed down from Mama Dean to me and to Suzanne and her children and yes we use it faithfully. It has carried us thru some very rough patches of life. If God brings you to it he will bring you thru it. Another one that is good!

When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.

Who doesn't? Everyone needs love and without it, you will lead a miserable, lonely life. Look for a person who compliments your life not complicate it....
